These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the"Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User", "Player", or "you") and 78ace (hereinafter referred to as "78ace", "we", "us", or "the Platform") in connection with your access to and use of the website located at https://78ace.cam and all associated services, products, features, and content made available by78ace (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the78ace website, creating a player account, or utilising any of the Services provided by 78ace — including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, sports betting, live football betting, arcade games, and lottery — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue access to and use of the 78ace platform immediately.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the complete framework governing your use of 78ace. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published by 78ace, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless context otherwise requires:

To be eligible to register and maintain a player account on the 78ace platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Services:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. 78ace strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all gaming and betting activities on the Platform. This requirement applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
4. You must not be self-excluded from the 78ace platform or from any other gaming operator where a mutual exclusion arrangement applies.
5. You must not be registered on anynational problem-gambling register or self-exclusion scheme that prohibits your participation in online gaming.
6. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information at the time of registration and keep that information current at all times.
7. You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close associate of 78ace or any affiliated entity, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.

Each eligible individual is permitted to holdone (1) account on the 78ace platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device and IP combinations — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide the following information:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Contact telephone number
• Preferred currency (MYR / Malaysian Ringgit)
• A secure password meeting the Platform's minimum security requirements

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 78ace will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the78ace customer support team immediately via live chat.

78ace reserves the right to decline any registration application, suspend any existing account, or request additional verification information at any time, without being obligated to provide reasons for such decisions. Account names cannot be changed once verified without formal written request and management approval.

78ace accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. All player account balances are maintained in MYR. The Platform does not currently charge any processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges, for which 78ace bears no responsibility.

The following Malaysian payment methods are accepted on the 78ace platform:

• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank (PBe), Hong Leong Connect
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 (MYR 30). The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000 (MYR 30,000). These limits may vary by payment method. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are credited to your account in real time. FPX and online banking transfers are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes, subject to the processing times of the respective financial institution.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including those of family members or friends — are not permitted and may result in the suspension of your account and refund of the deposited amount.

Players may request a withdrawal of their real money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) to a bank account or payment method registered in the Player's own name.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 (MYR 50). The maximum single withdrawal amount and the maximum daily withdrawal limit are subject to the Player's applicable VIP tier, as detailed in the VIP Programme terms published on the Platform.

Key conditions governing withdrawals include the following:

1. KYC Verification: Full identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be placed on hold.
2. Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This condition exists to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.
3. Bonus Wagering Completion: Where bonus funds have been accepted, associated wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before winings derived from bonus play become eligible for withdrawal.
4. Processing Time: 78ace targets a withdrawal processing time of under three (3) minutes for standard withdrawal requests. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
5. Withdrawal of Deposited Funds: Where no wagering requirements are applicable, players may withdraw deposited funds that have not been used in gameplay. Such withdrawals may be subject to a standard processing check to confirm the source of funds.

78ace reserves the right to request additional documentation before authorising any withdrawal request, particularly in instances involving high-value withdrawals, unusual account activity, or first-time withdrawals to a newly added payment method.

78ace offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referal bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP-tier benefits. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotion offers.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are offered to players aged21 years and above only.
• Each promotional offer is valid for one (1) claim per player, per household, per IP address, per device, unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by the account holder to whom they are offered. Bonus transfers between accounts are strictly prohibited.
• 78ace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or outcomes, the decision of78ace management shall be final.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion description. By way of example:

• A 35x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus means the Player must place total wagers of at least MYR 3,500 before any winings derived from that bonus become withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are forfeited upon expiry of the bonus validity period if wagering requirements have not been met.

7.3 Welcome Bonus Options

New players at 78ace may select from the available welcome bonus options presented at registration. Welcome bonuses are awarded on the first qualifying deposit only. Selecting a welcome bonus and making a qualifying deposit constitutes acceptance of the associated wagering requirements and validity period. Players who prefer to deposit without claiming a bonus must indicate this clearly prior to making their first deposit.

All games available on the 78ace platform — including slots, live casino table games, sportsbook markets, live football in-play betting, arcade games, and lottery — are governed by their respective in-game rules, which are published within each game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between those in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence on matters of account management, payments, and conduct; in-game rules shall govern matters specific to gameplay mechanics and outcomes.

8.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets, including live in-play wagers on matches such as EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia games, Champions League ties, and UFC events, are accepted subject to our sportsbook rules. Bets placed after the outcome of an event is known — whether due to system error, data delay, or user action — shall be void. 78ace reserves the right to void or amend odds where a clear pricing error is identified.

8.2 Live Casino

Live casino games — including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, and all other real-dealer table games — are governed by the rules displayed within the respective game environment. In the event of a technical failure during a live casino round, the outcome of the affected round will be determined in accordance with the game provider's standard resolution procedures.

8.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of any game or bet, 78ace reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund the relevant stakes to the Player's account. 78ace does not accept liability for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of staked amounts.

78ace is committed to maintaining a secure, fraud-free platform and complying with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. As part of this commitment, all players are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before their first withdrawal is processed.

The standard documentation required for KYC verification includes:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or International Passport.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill (TNB, Syabas, Indah Water), official bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the past three (3) months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of the account holder holding their identity document alongside their face.

KYC documentation is reviewed by the78ace compliance team within24 to 48 hours of submission during standard operating conditions. Players will be notified of the outcome via the email address registered to their account.

78ace reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point during a Player's account lifecycle — including source of funds documentation for high-value transactions — where this is considered necessary for compliance or risk management purposes.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 78ace platform. Any Player found to be engaged in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or maintaining more than one account on the Platform.
• Using another person's identity or payment method without their explicit written consent.
• Engaging in money laundering, financial fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to manipulate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live casino, poker, or any multi-player game format.
• Placing wagers with knowledge of the outcome of an event (commonly referred to as "arbing" or "match result manipulation").
• Attempting to circumvent security, fraud-prevention, or responsible gambling controls implemented by 78ace.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment and lawful recreational wagering.

78ace reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by or on behalf of a person who is under the age of 21.
• Account inactivity — defined as no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months.
• At the Player's own request, including for self-exclusion purposes.

In the event of account closure due to Player-initiated self-exclusion under the responsible gambling programme, any remaining real money balance — excluding unmet bonus funds — will be returned to the Player upon successful completion of their KYC verification, to the most recently used verified payment method.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account for reasons other than self-exclusion should contact the 78ace customer support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

78ace is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire player base. The Platform provides a range of player protection tools, including deposit limit controls, session time reminders, temporary cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible to all registered players through their account settings.

Age Restriction: The 78ace platform is available exclusively to individuals aged twenty-one (21) years and above. 78ace employs age verification procedures at registration and through ongoing KYC checks to prevent access by minors. Any player who suspects that a minor has gained access to the Platform must contact our support team immediately.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary suspension (minimum 24 hours, up to six months) or a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. All content published on the 78ace website and platform — including but not limited to the78ace brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, imagery, audio, video, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of 78ace or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproduction, copying, or distribution of any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Modification, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works based on Platform content or software.
• Use of the 78ace name, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written approval from 78ace management.
• Screen-scraping, data-mining, or automated collection of Platform data.

Any unauthorised use of 78ace's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal proceedings. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 78ace.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 78ace — including its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and technology partners — shall not be liable to any Player for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any other indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Losses attributable to interruptions in service caused by system maintenance, technical faults, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond 78ace's reasonable control (force majeure).
• The accuracy or completeness of any information published on the Platform, including odds, game descriptions, or promotional details, where errors are corrected as soon as they are identified.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 78ace's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

In all cases where 78ace is found to be liable, the maximum aggregate liability of 78ace to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

78ace reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — 78ace will provide reasonable prior notice of such changes by publishing announcement on the Platform or by notifying affected Players via their registered email address.

The effective date of the most recent revision to these Terms is stated at the top of this page. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version in force. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the amended Terms.

If a Player does not agree to any revision to the Terms, their sole and exclusive remedy is to cease using the Platform and close their account in accordance with the account closure procedure set out in Section 11.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws under which 78ace is licensed to operate.

Informal Resolution: In the event of a dispute between a Player and 78ace, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith direct negotiation. Players should contact the 78ace customer support team in the first instance, clearly setting out the nature of the complaint and the desired outcome. The support team will endeavour to respond substantively within five (5) business days.

Formal Complaints: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the Player may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. Formal complaints will be reviewed by the 78ace management team and a written response provided within fourteen (14) business days.
